More Photos from Jeffrey Epstein's Holdings Disclosed by Democratic US Legislators

Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island included in the released materials.

Additionally featured in this recent document drop seems to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.

The financier purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but acquired the larger adjacent island in the year 2016 for around $22.5 million.

The released images indicate he had drawn up development schemes to develop the sprawling island by building residences, an performance venue, an office beneath the waves and a pool.

Marked on the plan is a channel, a waterway in the region, marked on the bottom right.

The site plan is annotated in notations in red and features a key labelling distinct areas of the estate.

In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring designs for dock shelters.

Further documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional release.
